The standard warranty period is two years.
GalaxRay’s expert service team provides quality warranty and non-warranty repair. Complaints are resolved within 48 hours, including the availability of replacement units.
GalaxRay will provide web-based training as well as site-based training to insure our customers' comfort in utilizing the device. Follow-up training is available if needed.
