    GalaxRay is equipped with a Customer Support Center portal which will help customers take full advantage of the product capabilities. The portal gives you access to our support team, software, documentation and service contracts.

    Warranty

    The standard warranty period is two years.

    Repair

    GalaxRay’s expert service team provides quality warranty and non-warranty repair. Complaints are resolved within 48 hours, including the availability of replacement units.

    Training

    GalaxRay will provide web-based training as well as site-based training to insure our customers' comfort in utilizing the device. Follow-up training is available if needed.
